ResU Interviewed on WGN Morning News

 In Uncategorized

On Friday, August 7, ResU students and faculty participated in the WGN Back to School Kids Fair at the WGN TV Studios and were featured on the morning news at 7:50 a.m.! Simulation Center Coordinator, Anne Costello was interviewed by WGN News Anchor, Dean Richards and introduced Sim Man to viewers. Richards experienced the life-like features of Sim Man: He checked his pulse, and thanks to Assistant Professor Tamara Bland (AKA, the voice of Sim Man), Richards was able to ask him how he was feeling, to which he responded, “I’m feeling better now.”

Throughout the morning, ResU student volunteers provided Sim Man demonstrations to children, handed out ResU band-aid packs, and performed health screenings on kids and their parents. View the full Interview Clip here.
