Health Systems Leadership (MSN)

We’re preparing the next generation of healthcare leaders.

The MSN in Health Systems Leadership program at Resurrection University has been designed to help nurses become true healthcare leaders. It’s for those select nurses who are interested in pursuing executive-level career opportunities. Nurses who want to lead and make a significant impact on the future of healthcare. It starts here.

It’s an investment that can pay off for years to come.

With your MSN in Health Systems Leadership you can work directly with staff and patients while also working in a consultative or leadership role in administration. According to the Advance for Nurses 2012 Salary Survey, the average salary for nurses in health systems leadership roles ranged from $83,199 to $98,375. Are you ready to take the lead?

We offer a convenient “Executive” format.

Our 37 semester hour, 5 semester program is designed for the bachelors prepared nurse. The program itself is “Executive” in format with both in-class meetings and an online component. In-class meetings are typically held once every third weekend – Friday night, Saturday all day, and Sunday all day. Professional practice experiences are generally arranged by each student and hours are completed outside of classroom time. Thanks to this unique Executive format, you can continue your current career while you earn your degree.

Your future as a healthcare leader is waiting. Take the next step towards a degree that can take you places.
