ResU offers world-class healthcare education in Chicago’s Wicker Park

In 2013, after 98 years in Oak Park, Resurrection University (formerly West Suburban College of Nursing) moved to Presence Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital in the heart of Chicago’s historic Wicker Park neighborhood. The campus is LEED certified (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) and includes 44 offices, 10 classrooms and a 6,200 square-foot, state-of-the-art Inter-Professional Simulation Learning Center. It’s 37,700 square feet of the most advanced healthcare education in Chicagoland. At Resurrection University, we provide the highest quality Nursing, Radiography and Health Informatics and Information Management (HIIM) education available. Our faculty are experienced, accessible, and supportive of every student they instruct and our facilities feature the advanced technologies you would expect from a world-class university. We are part of Presence Health, a family of Catholic, not-for-profit, healthcare facilities providing advanced health care and exceptional service with compassion and hope.
